Bonnie Schneider is meteorologist appearing on various platforms including CNN as well as HLN. Her TV show The Last House Remaining on DIY NETWORK premiered on March 30 2012. The show also has her as an on-camera meteorologist and is co-executive director. The first novel she wrote was EXTREME weather. It was released by Palgrave Macmillan January 31 2012. Her website promoting her multi-city book tour beginning Feburary 1, 2012 in Boston, media appearances and video chat is BonnieWeather.com [[1]] In August, 2011 during coverage of Hurricane Irene, Schneider's book was featured on HLN's popular prime time show, Special Report with Vinnie Politan Prior her work on CNN that began in the summer of 2005, Schneider has also been the Weekend Meteorologist/Special Assignment Reporter for "The Ten O'Clock News" on WLVI-TV WB56 in Boston. She also reported on lifestyle, entertainment and various other subjects as Special Assignment Reporter for three days per week while she was in Boston. Before joining WB56 she worked as the weekend forecaster for WFOR-TV Miami. She was in various reports and meteorology jobs, such as News 12 Long Island (a 24 hour cable TV news channel) and WXII-TV in Winston-Salem. It was also her job to frequently replacement to The Saturday Early Show on CBS's New York City network.
